About Us
Why We Built Authentic Impact
We believe that leadership is not just about position—it’s about capacity. The ability to stay grounded in uncertainty, communicate with clarity, and lead others with presence and respect.
We also believe that challenge and care are not opposites. The most powerful development happens when people feel seen and stretched. That’s why our work is built on conversation, not prescription.
Meet our Co-Founders
Helen Kain and Gordon Parry began Authentic Impact in 2010 after decades of complementary experience: Helen in investment management leadership, Gordon in HR and organizational change. Their work is shaped by inquiry, mutual trust, and a shared belief that the best leaders are not just high-performing—they are deeply human.
